My brother and I are both bachelors of English, However he loves cooking and I love kayaking, rock-climbing, hard-trekking, fishing, swimming, lying full length all day on beach, and meeting people. We have a beautiful wooden floating house in central Lan Ha bay, which is in between Ha Long bay and Cat Ba island, where we kayak for fun, fish for food and host guests for beers. Come and enjoy a fisherman's day in our homestay with us.

Fishing for foods
Fishing is one of the main part of people living around Cat Ba island. Lan Ha bay infact same as Ha Long bay, is a quite shallow water erea, where the tide can change 3.9 meters. As such, when the tide falls to bottom, the hunting field becomes much narrower. It is the time for locals who live on the floating houses to do some fishing.
InnerX-Stay don't need to hunt with the mass tool. We just need a sparkling fake shrimp then do some fly-fishing moves. We catch cuttlefish almost every time. We make sashimi then enjoy with some shots of local, home-made fruit liquor. How fun that is.
Chill and Sun-bath

Above shines the tropical sun. Beneath rush the Pacific turquoise water. Around are thousands of limestone islands and here and there float some floating houses. Nowhere else on earth is this beautiful. We lay our backs and tan our skin. And when our skin shines the adorable color, we jump into this lovely Gulf of Tonkin of the Orient and swim a circle. Getting out of water feeling cool and fresh, we reward ourselves with cold beers. What a floating homestay experience!
Some other days, we spend most of day reading books after free kayaking until exhausted.

Explore the Light fishing technique with Locals
About every two days, an aquaintance local hops in and picks us up. We now do one of the most exciting experience: Attract fish to the surface with strong lights, catch them with incredibly fast moves.
Compared with the locals, InnerX-Stay guests and host fail miserably. We don't care. We are so excited and see each fish caught a trophy. The experience no one can ever forget.
The aquaintance drops us back to our floating house at 20:30. We buy some fish and enjoy hot-pot. Can you guys tell how much we love its taste?
